Seamless column utilizes PTFE or M-PTFE heavy wall liner with exceptional technique, to make to nozzle & column in one body with free of welding line, the advantages are:
Seamless column suitable for the required industry needs high chemical permeation resistance.
- The chemical leakage from welded line of internal body and nozzle cannot be caused by high temperature or change of temperature. PTFE or M-PTFE sheets will not easy fail to permeation resistance under high temperature, and result in corrosion of internal linings.
- The chemical leakage cannot be either resulted from the flange connection of pipe and fittings.
Seamless column suitable for the required industry needs high chemical permeation resistance.
